Is or Isn't Entertainment is a television, film and web content development company started in 2003 by Lisa Kudrow and Dan Bucatinsky, later joined by Don Roos. The company has developed several films, television pilots and series -- most known is the critically acclaimed, award-winning HBO series, The Comeback. The company partnered with the U.K.'s Wall to Wall Productions to produce the hit BBC alternative reality series Who Do You Think You Are? for U.S. audiences. The show follows celebrities as they embark on journeys to discover their ancestry. The first season includes an episode featuring Lisa Kudrow, along with Sarah Jessica Parker, Brooke Shields, Spike Lee, Susan Sarandon, Matthew Broderick, and Emmitt Smith. The show premiered March 5th, 2010 on NBC, and has been picked up for a second season.

In 2008, Is or Isn't launched the web-series Web Therapy, which was honored with a 2009 Webby Award for Best Comedic Performance, three Webby Award nominations in 2010, and won the 2010 Webby Award for Best Online Comedy. Web Therapy premiered its third season in April 2010, featuring Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Molly Shannon and Selma Blair, and in an unprecedented move, Showtime recently agreed to license ten half-hour episodes comprised of actual webisodes, to air in early 2011.
